This pull request updates the base Ubuntu image in the Dockerfile from version 24.04 to 26.04. However, since Ubuntu 26.04 is not yet released, this tag does not exist and will cause the Docker build to fail. It is recommended to revert this change and continue using the stable 24.04 release.

Ubuntu 26.04 LTS is not yet released (scheduled for April 2026). Attempting to build this Dockerfile will fail because the 26.04 tag does not exist on the registry. Please revert this change to use the stable 24.04 release.
